Grand House
Regents Park — London
Rebuilt in the 1920s, this 7000 sf Georgian family townhouse occupies the corner of a tree-lined street in the heart of London.
Working closely with the clients, both in the property business, a broadly 1940s French aesthetic was chosen. To modernize the space, the scale of architectural details, from key doorways to architraves and skirting boards were reinvented. Intelligent wireless, technical and audio visual services were discreetly placed within the architectural element.
The aim was to find a harmonious balance between found and bespoke, high end and everyday, to offer our client a “collected” look, that is both culturally informed and beautifully tailored.
