Located in one of London’s most prestigious locations, this three-bedroom show apartment epitomises refined elegance and serene living. Working with the existing base build executed by the long-standing developer client, HZI dressed the 1300sqft open-plan space in a predominantly pastel palette with darker tones introduced through artwork and accessories. Whilst adhering to the commercially motivated budget requirements for the rental market, HZI created an effortlessly sophisticated and relaxed environment with a variety of sumptuous textures and soft romantic elements.
